Dr. Rocki-Lee DeWitt and co-authors Donald D. Bergh of the University of Denver, Denver, and Richard A. Johnson of the University of Missouri, had a paper published online in the Strategic Management Journal on September 20, 2007. The title of the paper is: "Restructuring through Spin-off or sell-off: Transforming information asymmetries into financial gain."
