Thomas Noordewier, Associate Professor of the School of Business Administration, had an article, “Do Riskier Borrowers Borrow More?” published in Vol. 32, Issue 3, of Real Estate Economics (2004). The article was written in collaboration with David M. Harrison, also of the University of Vermont, and Abdullah Yavas of the Smeal College of Business Administration, Pennsylvania State University.
