Annie Viets, a lecturer in the School of Business, taught ethics, team dynamics, globalization and leadership on the New Horizons Project in Vologda, Russia this past summer. The three-week residential management development program, affiliated with Bryansk State Technical University, is designed to prepare young Russian managers to successfully navigate the global business environment.
