Technology and Learning

The School of Business Administration requires that students purchase a personal tablet. The School supports students and their tablets throughout their career at the university. This support integrates the software skills and tools students will need when they graduate with the knowledge they'll have to succeed.

Need help with your computer? Go to 227 Kalkin, call 802 656-0800 or send e-mail to help@bsad.uvm.edu. The school provides computer labs for all students enrolled in business classes. These labs are located in 100, 102 and 327 Kalkin Hall. Accounts are available in 218 Kalkin Hall M-F during normal business hours.

Through the School of Business Administration's alliance with Microsoft, we offer the most recent up to date Microsoft software (including Windows Vista, Office Enterprise 2007 [Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, OneNote, Groove, InfoPath], Visio, Visual Studio .NET and much more).

GenevaLogic Vision
The School of Business Administration has licensed GenevaLogic Vision in the Kalkin 100 Computer Lab Classrooms.
Wireless Networking
In anticipating the next major trend of computing, the School of Business Administration is able to support all state of the art wireless devices including PDA's with 802.11B Wi-Fi cards, Tablet PC's and any device with a network interface card.

Microsoft Campus Agreement
