First Quality Maintenance is a consulting firm that works with landlords to reduce janitorial costs and improve the quality of building maintenance services.

Classic Security staffs security guards and implements security technology in scores of buildings throughout the metropolitan area.

Bright Star Couriers offers not only a traditional courier service, but has led the way in establishing an industry standard of secure, efficient package tracking centers throughout major buildings in New York.

Mr. Green believes that it is important as an entrepreneur to not only have creative ideas, but to surround himself with people who also have creative ideas. When his employees come to him with ideas about projects and possible extensions of his business, he helps them execute their vision.

Mr. Green started out from UVM as an employee in his father's real estate business.

After a few years, he was inspired to develop "offshoots" of the family business.
