Fall Honors Day Celebration

The Fall Honors Day Celebration was held on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at the Sheraton Burlington.
Faculty, staff, students and their families gathered in the Emerald Ballroom at the Sheraton Burlington to celebrate the students' accomplishments.

The following students were selected to receive awards for achievement within a particular business discipline:Recipients

Tamara Jaques - Gallagher Flynn Scholarship
Shir Moscovitz - Competitive Computing
Troy Ault - Ozzie Nyquist Prize
Jeffrey O'Meara - Blaine Sprout Award

There are multiple opportunities for students to be recognized for their academic prowess. 

Dean's List status is awarded to full-time undergraduate students with a cumulative grade-point average of not less than 3.0 who stood in the top 20 percent of each class of their college/school during the preceding semester. The dean's lists are published at the beginning of each semester. Full-time enrollment in this case shall be a minimum of 12 credit hours in courses in which grades of A, B, C, D, or F can be given.

Beta Gamma Sigma invites the top 7% of juniors, top 10% of seniors, and top 20% of MBA students to join "the" international business honorary each year.
