2nd LT Mark Procopio graduated from the School of Business Administration last year.  Mark was Army ROTC and a member of the Vermont National Guard.  He was particularly proud of the service his father and grandfather in the Guard and was anxious to serve the country in his own manner.

In early November 2005, Mark was killed when his squad was rushing to provide assistance to a downed helicopter in Iraq.  His HUMVEE was hit by an IED buried in the road.  He died instantly.

Mark gave the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country abroad.  The School of Business Administration is sincerely thankful for all his courage, honor and service.
