Professor Bovee Hosts Guest Lecturer Key Compton

Matthew Bovee, assistant professor of business administration, hosted a guest speaker for BSAD 40 (Information Technology and Management) on September 27th and September 28th. Key Compton, a UVM alumnus and School of Business Administration Board of Advisors member, presented a series of lectures to the BSAD 40 classes.  The title of his presentation was "Entrepreneurship and the Role of Technology."  He was available in-between classes as well as for all students who wanted to visit with him.

Mr. Compton is a serial entrepreneur who is currently working as Co-Founder and Principal of SoundSpectrum, Inc., an on-line music business.  He will be talking about the possibilities of connecting IS and a career in business.  Students who are not currently enrolled in BSAD 40 but are interested in attending the presentation should please contact Dr. Matt Bovee, 316 Kalkin, bovee@bsad.uvm.edu
