UVM American Marketing Association

The School of Business Administration Marketing Club has a new title!  Dr. Carolyn Bonifield and Jennifer Fath, the co-advisors of the organization, received notification in late-August that the group is now an official collegiate chapter of the American Marketing Association.  The group will now be known as the UVM American Marketing Association (AMA).

The objectives of the collegiate chapter are to:

• Discuss the  current trends in marketing
• Help members to manage their career goals
• Provide networking opportunities
• Participate in community service projects
• Enhance leadership skills
• Foster relationships between other students, faculty and alumni

Membership is open to all students of any major who are interested in marketing.  Any individual who becomes a member is required to also become a member of the American Marketing Association.  For those students who are interested in joining, an announcement will be posted soon about the first meeting of the semester.  For additional details go to: /Careers/GetInvolved.htm.
