Document Human Resource Planning
Succession planning is a critical issue to firms of all sizes and gets more complex as firms deal with issues related to downsizing and demographic changes. This section discusses how all size and type organizations confront succession planning as well as offering advice on how to format the process for your organization. A section on workforce planning deals with the right way to downsize your organization and how to avoid having to "rightsize" at all.

Document Software/Service/Consulting Reviews
Software, Service and Consulting reviews were compiled to release information about current software packages and consulting services that are on the market. Two are actual reviews and two are more news release pieces that talk about offerings and provide addresses for more information. This was added for the HR professional who is in the market or may soon be in the market for a new or enhanced HRIS system or is considering use of a consulting firm.
