When you enter UVM's program, you will join a select group of individuals with diverse backgrouds and goals.

The diverse qualifications of our students, most of whom have had business or other professional experience prior to entering the program, creates a lively learning atmosphere. You will find that the camaraderie and spirit of cooperation that develops among our students are very important components of our program. Depending upon your background and the demands of your career and family, you may complete the program in as little as one year or as long as five years.










In-career students bring their current work experiences and problems to classroom discussion; such feedback helps define the uses and limits of theory. The intellectual rigor in class is also sparked by international and accelerated program students, who often challenge status-quo management practices with new concepts and approaches to modern management theory.
